In addition, this 12-week service includes:
*Initial consultation and assessment to better understand your current situation and personal goals (90 mins)
*Up to three (3) Video Chats chats on progress (60 mins)
*Unlimited text or email contact for up to 12 weeks
*“What’s Next?” session to debrief, review options, and make decisions

*Education to help you make informed decisions about caring for your baby including information on breastfeeding, cloth diapering, supplemental feeding, and baby-wearing
*Unlimited text and/or email support from the date of hire up until 12 weeks
*A sounding board for those times when sh*t hits the fan and you need an ear
*Constant support + encouragement

If you would rather have a Doula that you can call on for reference and ask specific questions you can opt for our A La Carte Virtual Doula Services.
These particular calls are scheduled and the topics that you would like to discuss should be provided beforehand so that we make sure we have all of the necessary information to answer your questions thoroughly.
