When you were called upon, you came, with no preparation, and you were exactly the right person we all needed to help us through the delivery of my grandson. Though he was stillborn, he was still born, and because of you, my daughter felt strong, and empowered, and delivered her son without trauma. Of course, there is trauma from his death, but her labor and delivery were not part of that. I think the strength that you helped her find in herself and her body were vital at a time when she felt that her body had betrayed her. Thank you, again, and again.

Maritday is THE Best!!! A lifesaver!! Full spectrum doula!! She is a blessing to all those she cares for…she fed me back to health and strength. She provided herbs and tinctures to bring balance back to my life. She provided support to my husband. And most importantly cared for our new son. She is full of knowledge and understands each step and fully integrates this knowledge in her care for a family. She also understands the support and information needed for a mom’s spiritual well being too. Did I mention that she is an incredible cook too!! It was so hard to have her leave us! She was with us for the first 3 months of our child’s life and as a new family with no family nearby she was a blessing to have and I feel we were lucky to have her versus our own family. Maritday was excellent in finding all the information I needed to know and more. Any questions I had were researched and the information was given to me as a summary and in text for me to reread. She went with me to see a hospital I was interested in and came with me to speak to the nurses when I was uncomfortable about being induced. I felt extremely supported by Maritday in all areas. She also informed me of what to do with my placenta after the birth. I had my placenta dried into capsules, a cream and a tincture. She actually went to the place to give them my placenta. I use the capsules now to help with my menstrual cycle and hormones. I also use the cream on my daughter as well.
